What is Forge & Flock?
How It Works / Schedule
Forge & Flock exists to disciple and train men in spiritual maturity, biblical manhood, and cultural leadership. This program is designed to:
- Strengthen husbands and fathers in their homes
- Equip men to lead in workplaces, communities, and society
- Cultivate thoughtful, courageous engagement with culture from a biblical worldview
- Form men who love Christ and His Church and apply Scripture in every area of life
Training Structure
The training occurs over a 5-year rotating cycle, with each year featuring 12 monthly sessions that include assigned readings, group discussion, and guided teaching.
Key Growth Areas:
Open to all committed men of the church (age 16+) with pastoral approval, fostering a multi-generational discipleship culture.

- Theological knowledge – deepen your understanding of Scripture and doctrine
- Character formation – cultivate Christlike habits and integrity
- Cultural engagement and leadership – equip men to think biblically and lead in every sphere of life

Meetings & Program
Small Groups & Mentorship
- When & How: Monthly sessions (~2 hrs), program starts in January
- Session Includes: Prayer, fellowship, reading discussion, instruction, accountability
- Leadership: Pastors lead monthly; occasional guest instructors; mentors provide reading lists
- Commitment: Attend 10+ sessions/year, engage in readings & discussion, join a small group, purchase books
- Forge Groups: 2–3 men for accountability, prayer, and real-world application
- Mentorship: Each participant paired with a pastor for guidance, prayer, and applied learning
- Focus: Spiritual growth, biblical leadership, and mutual sharpening (Prov. 27:17)
